Normative and legislative base

This web-site chapter considers the legal system regulating the Ukrainian educational sector. It was developed to provide the latter with information on legal and normative documents.

The chapter includes the basic legislative acts and by-laws (laws, decrees of the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the President of Ukraine) of the legal system regulating the Ukrainian education sector. Furthermore, there is the information on the statutory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the Chapter, which was adopted in accordance with provisions approved by the pedagogical community, and the Program "Education. Ukraine of XXI century" adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers
